Entry Level // IT Admin & Support, North America
- Perfect for F&B Managers or support staff that studied computer science or are looking to get into Information Technology (IT)
Main duties

Work as part of the global Menu Entry team in updating Daily menu item and discounts for POS systems for US sites as well as rest of the world (EAME and Asia)
Work with 3rd parties to ensure the high level of support and service is provided to our sites (Oracle, Micros NYC, Cyntergy, Micronet)
Develop and maintain healthy relationship with sites management and team
Ensure support procedure adoption from the different departments (FOH and BOH)
Part of the support escalation process
Update management in case of P1 situation
Key experience

Experience and knowledge of Simphony or other POS systems
Communicate clearly and efficiently with other departments.
Must be able to work under pressure and trouble shoot problems quickly.
Flexible schedule.
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:

IT knowledge
Understanding of Hotel systems architecture and data flow between systems
Experience in operations of a restaurant. Ideally Floor manager level.
