Job Title: Spa Host

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), weekends included

Salary: £25,000 annually

Commission: 10% on products sold

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide information about spa services, packages, and products.
• Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns throughout their visit.
• Promote and upsell spa products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the spa reception area.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Uphold spa policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
