Description
Empellón, established by chef and founder Alex Stupak, is seeking an exceptional manager for its new Midtown flagship. All candidates must have previous high-volume NYC restaurant management and server experience, great social skills, be organized, hardworking, responsible and kind. Floor Managers will be the drivers in creating our fantastic company culture. They will work closely with the executive management team and will be the essential bridge between executive management and staff both for FOH and BOH. Floor Managers are expected to inspire and support staff and be the thread that ties systems together. This position is full-time and requires evening and weekend availability.
