Description
Espresso Cielo is a Santa Monica based espresso bar with a great kitchen, serving really good breakfasts. We are now adding baguette sandwiches, salads and soup for lunch. Help us launch an amazing menu of European style baguette sandwiches, house made soup and salads, as well as specials each day.
This is a part time, or full time position. As a full time position, this is an opportunity to learn to be a barista as well, and work on the bar serving 49th Parallel Roasters espresso. You will be helping out in the kitchen as needed in making sandwiches, . If you are already a barista, all the better.
You must have experience as a line or prep cook. If you have experience with a turbo-chef oven, that's great. At the time of hire, we will discuss your hourly rate. It will depend on your experience.
