Faces and Names bar & Lounge is looking for a manager to join our team! We are looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, good communication skills, strong work ethic and able to work well in a team.
Requirements:
1-2 years New York restaurant/bar experience,
GREAT with people! Enjoys guest interaction and 'table touching'
Social, fun character, problem solver
Professional & polished appearance and demeanor
Knowledgeable with Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safety, Food Handling and Sanitation
Can oversee proper inventory and staffing
Experience with back of the house POS systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Kitchen closes 3AM Must be able to close which is 4 AM
