What are the key responsibilities of a Mixologist?
- Create magnificent cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service
- Ensure the bar area and tables are set to the correct standards and remain clean at all times
- Work across all areas of the bar
- Drinks and food service, cocktail preparation
- To have a strong menu knowledge and being able to make recommendations
What are we looking for in a Mixologist?
- Have a strong passion and creativity for food and beverage
- Have worked at a similar standard of operation
- Have great guest focus and attention to detail
- Be organised while working under pressure
