Responsibilities:
• Providing world class customer experience
• Hiring, training and managing Team Members
• Managing work schedules, product ordering, food safety, etc.
• Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
• Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
• Maintaining proper staffing levels
• Financial management
o Managing controllable expenses - food, labor, and operating costs
o Growing sales
• Ensure company required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed
Qualifications:
• Prior restaurant/food service management experience, preferably in the quick casual segment and kiosk
• Prior experience of 2-5 years
• Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel
• Financial statement acumen
• Food handlers certificate preferred
• College degree preferred
