Guest Experience Agent (Aura Host)

Job Mission: The Aura Host meets the department's daily operations, committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  •  Comply with the attributes, standards and manuals that apply in their department and ensure compliance in other areas.
  • Ensure the customer experience, personalise their stay, anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations. 
  • Use the different customer experience management tools efficiently. Be aware of the Voice of the Customer results and comply with the defined improvement plans.
  • Manage the guests’ digital experience according to the global strategy. 
  • Manage customer incidents, following the established protocols.
  • Comply with sensory architecture in the different areas of the hotel, including lighting, decoration, aroma, and background music.
  • Verify that material orders follow the set product guidelines for better optimisation of economic resources.
  • Be knowledgeable about London and be able to offer services and products according to customers' preferences.


What are we looking for? 

  • A team player 
  • Knowledge of London
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Be fluent in English; additional Spanish knowledge would be a plus.

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
