We're looking for a passionate, creative community-focused landlord for the stunning Half Moon in Windlesham.   We're looking for someone that has experience running a fresh food business to be the heart of the community and face of this beautiful pub, which boasts a large pub garden and holds a special place in the village as a well-used venue for local weddings, wakes, celebrations and other events. We want a GM who will get involved in all aspects of village pub life and is passionate about running an innovative, welcoming community pub.

As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomy given to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
