UK Client Success Manager - Harri

Harri is a rapidly growing technology start-up dedicated to revolutionising the world of hospitality talent management. We now have 20 of the UK’s leading brands sourcing, hiring and managing their people through Harri’s mobile-first technology.

Our Soho-based team is young, hungry and excited to make an impact. Harri’s phenomenal success in the UK market over the last six months has enabled us to grow our team significantly. For this to work we need for the perfect person to join us to provide top class support to our UK clients.

The role…

The Client Success Manager will report to the Director of Sales and Operations UK and will work with our US Sales Operations and Accounts teams.

Client Success Managers are responsible for developing and retaining positive relationships with Harri clients, specifically:

- Developing relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with customers to ensure that their entire account set up is seamless.
- Create, share and coordinate on-boarding Project Plan for new clients within SLA
- Train new clients either online or face to face through a sophisticated induction programme
- Monitoring usage and product adoption, proactively contacting clients to deliver coaching/training to improve their engagement with Harri.
- Understanding how to build and present Harri’s value story using data and insights.
- Driving growth with existing customers, identifying upgrade opportunities and generating new revenue.
- Understanding, adapting to and helping to develop Harri’s ongoing product and technology developments.
- Managing multiple cross-product opportunities and projects.
