As a Redemption barista, you’ll receive:

• A role with a purpose - you will impact people’s lives through our social mission of helping prison leavers back into work and learning skills;

• The opportunity to work with seasonal, exciting and ever-changing coffees from around the world, developing your flavour profile and understanding of coffee;
