£34,000 per annum based on based on experience plus Tronc and Fantastic benefits
Due to the location of the Estate, your own transport is required
Temporary staff accommodation available

Supporting our Sous and Head Chefs, our Junior Sous inspire and lead our junior team members to ensure a smooth service. 

Your role
Your key focuses will be on cooking, health and safety, orders and procedures - all designed to work together to help run an efficient kitchen. You will be confident, self-motivated and keen to lead from the front and showcase your passion for hospitality. 

Due to the high standards of the restaurant, and the responsibility for a growing team we ask that all applicants have at least 2 years experience in a similar restaurant.

Our Staff Accommodation

Offered on a 3-month basis, to allow our team to settle into the area, our staff accommodation is located a brief drive from our main site and features individual bedrooms built in 2020 with modern en-suite facilities. The shared dining and living areas offer panoramic views of the Somerset countryside. Amenities include a BBQ pit and bike rack.

A contemporary take on British fine-dining, we offer a true farm to fork experience in a beautifully designed, atmospheric 60 cover restaurant. All food is prepared in our kitchen with ingredients fresh from our gardens or locally sourced, ensuring quality and seasonality. Our talented chefs ensure each ingredient is elevated to its highest potential - creating an unforgettable experience. Open for breakfast through to dinner, we offer cream tea in the library and early evening cocktails on the terrace.
