Sous Chef

INATTESO is a modern Italian restaurant seeking experienced and motivated JR. SOUS and LINE COOKS. Two years fine dining, or experience in equivalently reputable restaurants required for JR. SOUS position. Willing to take on self-determined individuals with at least one year experience for line cook position. Experience in Italian cuisine a plus. Salaries will be based on experience, speed, cleanliness, and general knowledge of meat, fish, and vegetable preparation and fabrication. Full availability is a must.
