Events Coordinator

Leading hospitality group located in the heart of Manhattan is looking for a full time events coordinator. We are looking for someone with great communication and skills who can listen to client needs and execute corporate events with the highest form of hospitality. Candidate must be able to maintain and communicate accurate information regarding bookings, deposits, contracts and event plan for both aspects of food and bar details. We are in hopes of finding someone who can bring creativity, organizational prowess, fine-tuned communication skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks to our hospitality team as well as work on site at one of our venues. Job entails multiple platforms of marketing from advertising to social media and also some food and beverage knowledge.
