Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced, talented and passion driven individual that has the ability to motivate, inspire, train and be the leader to fill this position of full-time Manager. Candidate must have strong communication skills, organized, enforce policies and procedure, positive attitude/energy and strong understanding of the bar/restaurant industry. Also, candidate should have a strong beer, wine spirit and food knowledge for ordering and possible menu changes as seasons change. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry and enjoys an extremely fast paced environment for happy hour, private corporate events and full dining. As the floor manager we are looking for the perfect presence on the floor to help motivate and guide the staff who can listen and also teach. This is a full time DAY manager position for 5 days a week.
