We run exceptional street food markets, workshops, consultancy, bars, and Seven Dials Market - our flagship central London food hall that sees 4,000 visitors eat and drink at our 20 independent food businesses and two bars every single day.

Brought to you by KERB, Seven Dials Market proudly serves independent food and drink in the fruitiest food hall in London town, bringing guests the tastes and experiences of independent London through our 2 bars and 20 traders.

Role Overview:

As a Bartender at Seven Dials Market, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and creating memorable experiences for our guests. With your bartending expertise and passion for hospitality, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment and be part of a team dedicated to bringing joy through exceptional hospitality.

What you’ll bring to KERB:

  • 1+ years experience in Bartending, ideally within a high-volume bar environment
  • Great knowledge of beers, wines & spirits - cocktail experience would be a bonus
  • An awareness of challenge 25 and our responsibility to ensure that we do not serve alcohol to any-one under-age.
  • Excellent people skills, confident talking to our guests and traders
  • Keeness to learn and develop product knowledge
  • Confidence in upselling
  • A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to think laterally and willing to problem solve
  • Experience using tablet based till systems - we use Lightspeed
  • A love of brilliant food and drinks
