La Pecora Bianca seeking Sommelier or Beverage Director – Highly Competitive $$
La Pecora Bianca – located at 26th and Broadway – is a busy and highly acclaimed 85 seat restaurant (+34 outside) serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Since opening in Aug of 2015, it has quickly become a bustling restaurant and received notable press (see below).
We are looking for a sommelier who must have advanced knowledge of Italian wines.
The position offers:
HIGHLY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly rate and share of the tip pool. Hourly compensation subject to substantial increase based on wine sales per guest.
CURATING ABILITY: Opportunity to curate the wine list for this location as well as future locations.
