Dishwasher/Food Prep

Margot Patisserie is french bakery and café located on the upper west side serving both baked goods, pastries, café style lunch, wine & beer, cake, desserts, etc.

The requirements:

Cleaning: Dishwasher, clean baking tray, mop floor, clean meat slicer and pastry sheeter, keep the kitchen clean and bring the trash out.
Food prep: cutting vegetable, tuna salad, salad and sandwich prep, etc.
Prefer: 1 year experience
Can lift 40 lbs
Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
Standing, stooping, kneeling, walking, wiping, reaching, bending and lifting are required actions throughout a shift
Working Schedule: Wednesday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm.
