Description
The Fornaio/ Stretcher is responsible for preparing dough and baking pizzas and other products to MidiCi standards. We’re looking for fast, efficient and experienced pizza chefs to ensure that all pizzas and other products are of the best quality and consistency. Fornaio / Stretchers will be responsible for stretching the dough for our Neapolitan Pizzas and other products according to MidiCi standards. The Fornaio is also responsible for monitoring dough quality, throughout the shift, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area.

Summary of Key Abilities and Responsibilities:

-Current food handler's certification preferred but not required
-Ability to act with a "guest comes first” attitude and deliver Guest-Friends care that meets or exceeds their expectations
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Effective oral communication skills.
-Ability to read and understand instructions in English
-Must be able to move up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis and stand for up to 8 hours
-Maintain ovens at proper temperature
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Fornaio area
-Keep the stretch area clean, stocked, and organized
-Greet Guest-Friends who approach the bar/ counter
-Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
