Job description
Love cooking or have experience in food service? Come join our prep team! Starting is four hours a night from 11 pm to 3 am, 3-4 nights a week, but can quickly grow to more hours/day based on your abilities. Elves welcome.
Things you'll need: Reliable transportation, a driver's license, and the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs at a time, basic cooking experience (home cooking counts!), Food Handler's card or ability to get one quickly, willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing: Chopping various vegetables, meats, and other items. General kitchen prep, operating commercial kitchen equipment, boiling water and other foods.
Things you WON'T need: A 3 thousand year lifespan, perfect night vision, ability to speak Elvish, or an obsession with the forest/nature.
