Barista

Barista on shift is responsible for excellent customer service and basic store operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to inventory control, store opening/closing, daily operations, equipment maintenance as well as directing colleagues to complete tasks and provide superior service.

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a barista is required. Must be proficient in dialing in espresso/grinders. You are required to have consistent latte art skills. A strong understanding of coffee is essential.
• Minimum one year of retail supervisory experience and/or related experience in training.
• Cash handling experience and attention to detail.
• Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of customers.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and delegation skills.

Food handlers certificates are a plus!
