Captain/Junior Sommelier

Pinch Chinese, a New York Times Critic's Pick and New York Magazine 2018 Best-of Recipient with a wine list of over 200 reference bottles, is looking for a Captain/Junior Sommelier to join our growing team!

The Captain will act as a FOH leader and service ninja! You'll help train new team members on steps of service, and set an example for our enthusiastic and dedicated FOH team. Potential candidates should have integrity, a hardworking ethic, and strong team skills. Previous experience in NYC casual/fine restaurants required, experience with natural wine lists is a plus.

Full-time and part-time work is available, with weekend brunch availability required. We offer highly competitive pay commensurate with experience, flexible scheduling, and other benefits.
