Description
We are a multi-concept, beachside restaurant located in Playa Del Rey. We are are currently looking for a strong floor manager who can help our management team continue to grow the concept and business.
Ideally looking for someone with prior high volume experience who really cares about quality food, wine & spirits and is always looking to learn and further their education. The floor manager needs to be someone who can ensure the effectiveness of the business and maintain and grow the high standards and quality we have developed over the past 2 years. Also must have a strong service background and can educate the staff on those standards continually raising the bar and staying ahead of the trends.

* Elevated service standards
* Knowledge of seasonal, farm fresh ingredients
* High volume experience
* Wine, craft beer, craft cocktail knowledge
