Our teams are growing! We have an exciting opportunity to bring on a CRM Executive to join our Commercial and Insights team!

You’ll be working alongside our CRM & Promotions Manager and our Email CRM Specialist. Together the team is responsible for ensuring the execution and development of our CRM plan. With a focus on targeted, personalised content, regular A/B testing and building of trigger campaigns. The long term aim of driving customer loyalty, brand recognition and relevant, exciting content.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and execution of our email communication plan
• Ensure the brand is presented correctly in terms of image, presence and consistency
• Ensure that QA processes are followed and campaigns are successfully delivered
o Troubleshoot HTML email rendering issues (mobile rendering, different domains)
o Troubleshoot deliverability to various ISPs
• Become Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert in the team
• Keeping on top of Salesforce updates: new templates, use of GIFs and email trends
• Grow a content library to be used for dynamic content
• Select/create targeted audiences as part of the segmentation planning
• Set-up and feedback on subject line A/B testing
• Closely work with Commercial, Marketing and digital teams to improve/develop the customer journey and ensure consistent messaging at each touch point
• Closely work with in house graphic designer on email images and template development
• Reporting CRM activity and communicating this to the wider marketing team
• Monitoring competitor activity and reporting back any key findings

Skills

Essential
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar Email Service Providers
• HTML and CSS experience
• Ability to collaborate and work in a fast paced environment
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Exceptional eye for detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Inquisitive thinker and looking at communication from customer point of view
• Good communicator

Desirable
• Experience in building/designing mobile responsive email HTML templates
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and how to influence customer behaviour
• Knowledge of FastStats Discoverer/People Stage (full training will be available)
• Adobe Photoshop experience
