As a hostess at Rock & Reilly's your responsibilities would be but not limited to
- Greeting guests upon entry as well as wishing them farewell upon their departure
- Seating guests in a timely fashion while following protocol according to the floorplan
- Designating seating assignments for reservations
- Taking & booking reservations via phone, web, OpenTable, & face to face
- Answering phone calls and answering guests questions to the best of your ability
- Maintain a clean and professional work station
- Setting the tone for the establishment while providing a welcoming, positive environment
- etc, etc, etc.
