Phone Operator, Guest Services Team
The Phone Operators at SoJo Spa Club are leaders in example of quality service. Responsibilities include answering all incoming calls, emails and other forms of communication throughout the facility. Through high standards of customer service and facility knowledge, the operators work as a team to deliver information in a quick, efficient and professional manner.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days/hours (shifts) may vary, dependent upon department needs. A high level of availability is expected as SoJo Spa Club operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days out of the year.

Responsibilities:
Deliver quality service and maintain guests’ satisfaction
Willing to learn, retain and deliver facility and amenity information in a positive manner
Answer all incoming phone calls per SoJo Standards
Check and respond to voicemails
Deliver information correctly and professionally
Assist guests with Hotel and SPA reservations
Promote services, specials and services when appropriate
Transfer phone calls applicably
Respond to incoming emails
Monitor, respond and comment on our various Social Media Platforms
Input and analyze guest feedback data
See inquiries and requests through to completion
Current and knowledgeable about all departments, on-goings of facility
Treat guests with the utmost respect
Offer friendly, upbeat and professional service with a smile

Competencies/Skills:
Exceptional verbal and communication skills required with a clear speaking voice
Master of the English language in speaking and writing
Has superb listening skills and is able to position self as an ally to the guest
Is receptive to learning/improving upon prior experience and knowledge
Can work individually and as a team
Is highly organized and possesses sharp attention to detail
Has exceptional multi-tasking skills, able to shift priorities as needed
Can work quickly and accurately in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Leader in example for quality service

Education/Experience:
High School diploma/GED required
Four-year bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years customer service/hospitality experience required
