Tucked between the Penisula and the Waldorf Astoria hotels and steps from Rodeo Drive, you’ll find the entrance to Spring Place Beverly Hills. Attracting leaders in SoCal’s entertainment, fashion and artistic industries, the community here inspires the creative spark. Our West Coast addition boasts co-working space, Resident Desks and 18 private offices that span two floors including showroom space, private phone booths, and private conference rooms that accommodate the needs of the visionaries and change-makers that cohabitate here. The Role

Member Service Agents are meticulous, style conscious, confident and smart individuals passionate about the creative industry. The face of Spring Place; Member Service Agents act as a 5 Star luxury concierge, executive support and a Food & Beverage agent.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily administrative tasks in the workspace, bountiful concierge requests including curating bespoke experiences for members. A food and beverage savvy professional willing to learn all day-to-day restaurant operations and active team player.

¥ Greeting Members, Guests, Executives and Studio Clients.
¥ Offer members a consistent 5 level luxury hotel like service.
¥ Provide daily executive support to members.
¥ Meticulous and anticipatory of all member’s needs.
¥ Curate Bespoke Experiences and ability to multi-task on all concierge requests.
¥ Ability to integrate with all Spring Place operations, including Food and Beverage.
¥ Team player and a Spring Place ambassador at all times.
¥ Solution Oriented and ability to provide Guest Recovery.
¥ Provide secretarial and administrative support to members and management.


Qualifications & Disposition

• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver quality service, efficiently and within required deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, efficiency demanding environment.
• Passion for/experience in hospitality industry a plus
• Ability to multitask and excellent computer and phone skills.
• Schedule Flexibility required.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Aptitude in resolving issues with customer-focused orientation.
