CAVA is a fast-growing culinary brand with a portfolio of fast-casual restaurants and a packaged goods line dedicated to fresh, Mediterranean-inspired, better-for-you cuisine. Born from a full-service restaurant collaboration between three first-generation Greek-American childhood friends in the Washington, DC, area, our mission is to fuel full lives through a bold and innovative food culture. Our chef-driven fast-casual format currently has more than 65 restaurants across ten states, with further expansion ahead. From our restaurants to our Support Center, CAVA team members foster a culture of transparency, humility, positivity, thoughtfulness, and fanaticism. .

We are looking for an organized and outgoing Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Support Center in Washington, DC. The position will report to, and support, the Chief Executive Officer, and will require a passion for our mission and the drive to anticipate needs and proactively problem solve.

You will:
• Own the calendar. You’ll assist our CEO with daily calendar management, and handle meeting requests from department heads.
• Have the Write Stuff. Editing reports, writing emails, creating presentations, compiling executive summaries, you’ll do it all.
• Plan the planes, trains and automobiles. Handle travel, itineraries, and monthly expense reports/receipts.
• Think tech. Have the savvy and skill to use conference calls, video lines, Slack, Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be the go to. Act as the main point-person for all administrative and office requests, helping connect our Support Center to our CEO.
• Support the planning and execution of quarterly board meetings and other events
• Assist with other duties and take on additional responsibilities as required to help CAVA grow

You have:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
• A background in and passion for the hospitality industry
• Solid knowledge of and comfortability with office technology, such as Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, Google Drive and Google platforms
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• A friendly personality with an ability to cultivate an open and inviting office atmosphere
• Ambition and intellectual curiosity: you love teaching yourself new things and you're naturally driven to be the best at what you do
