Bartender

Description
The Breakfast Club is infamous for its Dirty Little Secrets: The Mayor of Scaredy Cat
Town (London Bar of the Year 2013 & 2015 London Lifestyle Awards), Call Me Mr Lucky, The King of Ladies Man and Doctor Klugers Olde Towne Tavern.

We are now opening our first dirty little secret outside of London. Hidden away at the back of our newest Caf (on the rooftop of Oxford's recently developed Westgate Centre) Backseat Becky's will be bringing booze, food and good times!
We are looking for an experienced Bartender come Barista to work across the Caf and Becky's.

From Bartenders in Hawaiian shirts, twisted Disco Drinks & a few ‘suggestive’ interior decorations... All our bars offer something a little different, and are a fantastic environment to cut your teeth as a Bartender. We achieve the balance of serving exceptional drinks but always with a bit of tongue in cheek.

Just this year we were chuffed to be included in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For. Whether you work at The BC or one of our dirty little secrets for three months or three years, we strive to provide opportunities for our staff to grow with us, build careers and create an environment where there is truly a collective will to do good and have a good time.

We expect the very best from all of our team. In return, here are just some of the reasons why you’ll love working with us:
• Great total earnings package
• Shift meal
• Paid breaks
• Career development – 89% of our Supervisors and Managers were promoted from within
• Great parties
• Paid and encouraged volunteering opportunities

The most important thing we care about is the customer’s experience. The bars are named after episodes of Cheers, so you can imagine the kind of atmosphere we’re trying to create where ‘everyone knows your name’. The creation of the bar’s atmosphere will be down to your ability to make everyone feel instantly welcome.

If you haven’t already drunk at one of our bars, come to see us and you’ll immediately see where we’re coming from; and know whether we’re the right place for you to work.
