Hostess

We are recruiting for a passionate and confident Restaurant Host/ess to ensure quality and courteous service to the guests dining in the restaurant or attending a catering function.

Key responsibilities of the Restaurant Host/ess will include:

• Recognize and greet guests at the door
• Seat guests and present menu, refer special guest request to the appropriate server
• Answer the telephone within three rings
• Take reservations and room service orders
• Answer the restaurant’s telephone when required, to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room, Courtyard, and Bar

The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Host/ess position should:

• Have previous experience working in a guest facing environment
• Posses excellent customer service skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude
