Greetings. We are an established, extremely busy farm to table restaurant nestled in an historic brownstone on the Upper East Side. We are seeking experienced professional servers for long term employment.<br><br>The ideal candidate should have a good understand of -- and hopefully passion for -- food, wine and libation. We are a high volume operation that strives to provide our discerning guests with fine dining-quality service in our casual, rustic environment.<br><br>Servers are required to memorize and articulate detailed food and beverage descriptions, including the farms and purveyors of the ingredients as well as the style and geographical location of the wine we sell.<br><br>We are lucky to be busy both day and night seven days a week, as our amazing neighborhood has embraced us. So this is an awesome opportunity for a professional server to work reliably busy shifts in an organized and respectful workplace.<br><br>We request at least two years NYC fine dining experience and full availability (Saturday and Sunday) from applicants.<br><br>We look forward to hearing from you!<br>
