Description
• Provides fast, friendly, and professional customer service to all guests- verbally greeting and making welcome everyone upon entering, with a smile and eye contact.
• Invites and welcomes guests back upon completion of their visit.
• Recognizing and identifying repeat guests, and VIPs.
• Accommodates guests needs, i.e. wheel chair, restrooms, movement of drinks from one location to another, etc.
• Communicates guest’s complaints, compliments, or specific needs to management.
• Walks the floor and provides updates to management regarding number of open tables, open menus, etc.
• Ensures that guest seating is rotated between all service stations.
• Must be knowledgeable about the company, location, and all food and beverage menus.
• Answers telephone and or emails taking new reservations and maintain current reservations within procedural outlines.
• Perform all reasonable requests by General Manager and management team.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all sign in and out procedures for keys if applicable.
• Follow proper timekeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintain standards of hygiene and sanitation. Follow Health Department’s standards for hygiene and food safe food handling.
• Report to work on time on regular basis. In case of absences or tardiness, follow proper call out procedures.
• Wear appropriate required uniforms / dress code and follow company Standards of Appearance.
