The Wolseley, the famed central London institution will launch The Wolseley City, in Autumn 2023. Situated on King William Street just by Monument Square, the new restaurant will be much larger, offering two private dining rooms, three sweeping bar spaces and all day dining.

The role of a Barista: 

  • Working in an organised, well-equipped Barista section within our classic restaurant. 
  • Expertly prepare and serve a variety of hot beverages, ensuring each cup reflects the highest standards of flavour, presentation, and quality. 
  • Organises the Barista section accordingly and is responsible for maintaining equipment. 
  • Provide outstanding guest service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and offering beverage recommendations. 
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A mixture of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. 
  • Full-Time and Part-Time roles available. 

We’re looking for a Barista who: 

  • Previous experience as a barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel. 
  • Has a good knowledge of and a passion for the preparation of hot beverages. 
  • Cultivates genuine connections with both our guests and team members. 
  • Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse guest base. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail in beverage preparation, presentation, and order accuracy. 
  • Is excited by this opportunity and interested in what we do. 
  • Has the Right to Work in the UK. 

Expected earnings from £15.12 per hour
