Food Tech BOH Training Manager, Fast Good (working title)

Executive Chef, Fast Good Concepts


PURPOSE OF POSITION
The BOH Training Manager works with the Executive Chef to support culinary initiatives for the brand. This position will partner with operations and support teams roll-out coach, test and implement food and beverage concepts (i.e. dishes, ingredients, promotional items etc..). This position will help lead collaborative resource partnerships with interdepartmental leaders to help execute the training for the brand. They will be responsible for executing strategies and programs to enable continued brand growth and profitability. This position is also responsible for BOH financial performance of the brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Train and support food and beverage items and kitchen operations systems during NSO’s.
• Train and support food and beverage items and kitchen operations systems in call company and partnership locations
• Member of Task Force
• Responsible for ensuring quality of ingredients our high-quality standards
• Lead, teach, coach, and develop teams to execute recipes and procedures correctly
• Responsibility to meet or exceed financial performance targets for Pre-Opening
• Driving profitability with a proactive approach, participating in cross-functional teams to achieve strategies (must be ServSafe certified)
• Monitors and inspects safety and sanitation practices
• Work in tandem with Training team to execute flawless delivery of training expectations
• Responsible for creation, maintenance of current recipe manuals, support forms relevant to the menu version/concept

 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Experience participating in cross discipline, multi-functional work groups through collaborative projects
• Proven track record of building, leading and developing teams
• Strong ability to build relationships (internal and external), effectively communicate and positively influence partners and peers.
• Possesses a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results.
• High level financial acumen, analysis/problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within a constantly changing and demanding environment.
• Ability to travel up to or above 50% of the time depending on demands of projects
• Project management and organizational skills; demonstrated track record for flexibility and urgency in prioritizing and organizing projects.
• Can speak comfortably in front of people
• Excellent communication (written and oral), and problem-solving skills.
• Skill with Microsoft computer skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Enjoys high level of collaboration within different departments
