SCHEDULER & ASSISTANT TO JOSÉ ANDRÉS

ThinkFoodGroup is looking for a smart, driven, English/Spanish bilingual Scheduler & Assistant to support its co-founder and Chairman, chef José Andrés. This person will oversee the coordination of his schedule, multiple business initiatives, and ongoing involvement in events and projects. He/she will work closely with José’s Executive Assistant and the Senior Director of Events & Partnerships to manage the scope of José’s involvement in all culinary, marketing and philanthropic initiatives, while overseeing all logistics of his daily schedule.

This person must be exceedingly well organized, resourceful, confident and maintain a high level of professionalism, energy and interpersonal communication. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Must be proactive and flexible, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities to ensure maximum efficiency. The right candidate will have solid administrative capabilities and the ability to coordinate a busy schedule and juggle multiple priorities. This position requires frequent travel and reports directly to the Executive Assistant and Senior Director of Events & Partnerships.
