Trapizzino is authentic Roman street food that showcases traditional Italian home cooking inside the highest quality pizza bianca bread. It was created in the heart of Rome by Stefano Callegari, one of Italy’s most well known pizzaiolos. In 2008, Roman pizza maker Stefano Callegari had the idea to create a new way for Italians to enjoy the home cooked, classic dishes of the cucina romana using a secret blend of stone-milled flour and adding a starter yeast which had been handed down through more than ten generations. <br>
