Description
Premium Country Pubs are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at The Wavendon Arms.
The Wavendon Arms is a superb country pub with subtle décor and a more relaxed style of sophisticated contemporary dining. Nestled in a typically English village on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, our characterful building is filled with cosy corners, comfy armchairs, open log fires and a unique dining room.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join the Premium Country Pubs team and the wider Mitchells & Butlers group.
THE ROLE...
Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
