Security Team Member

Wurstkuche is premier dining hotspot in the heart of the Arts District in Los Angeles. We are hiring a security professional to join our team! The individual needs to have experience working as a security guard, but also have an innate knack for hospitality. We are looking for a person who has a perfect blend of charm and authority.

The Arts District is a bustling, hip area with many bars and restaurants around. While this is a restaurant with a guard position, we seldomly have to force anyone out or refuse entry - we are an all ages establishment.

All security guards for Wurstkuche must preserve the safety of all guests and employees, maintain a warm, hospitable persona in accordance with company policy and ensure restaurant activities remain in accordance with the law.
The ideal candidate for us would be approachable, serve as a knowledgable guide to the area and always maintain the company’s safety as priority.

It is required that every candidate have a resume that details their previous security work along with a valid California Guard Card.

Availability
Must have evening availability 
+ Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 5:30pm-3:00am
+ Hours: 4 days/week; 28-30 hours
+ Rate of Pay: $17-$20/hour depending upon experience

Qualifications
+ Active California Guard Card
+ STAR certification (or within first 60 days of employment)
+ Experience working in a restaurant setting where alcohol is present
