This candidate is a true hospitality professional and whose smile comes naturally, and can empathize with even the most impatient or challenging guest. In addition, knowing how to "read" the door and maximize reservations and are essential skills we are looking for. In addition to running the door, the Maitre'd, along with the GM and AGM, will make regular concierge runs, bringing updated menus and making new connections while maintaining current relationships.
