Description
Classic Long Beach steakhouse looking for an Assistant Manager. Must have prior full-service restaurant manager experience and must have a decent amount of wine knowledge.
Additional experience desired:
Higher education degree preferred (AA or higher)
High volume, high quality dining background
Experience in driving sales, scheduling, and training
Works well in a team environment – experience managing a large staff
Enjoys being on the floor and interacting with guests
Strong wine knowledge (ordering, inventory, varietals)
Someone who is mature, humble, and driven
Familiar with Hotschedules (or similar software appliations)
