The ideal candidate will have a background in:

 Full in-store P & L accountability
 Local marketing efforts for regular and catering business
 Human Resources
 Scheduling
 Facility maintenance
 Vendor relations
 Inventory
 Ordering and receiving
 Managing Delivery in NYC
 Managing Catering orders within Fast Casual Environment
 This position will require a hands-on approach with the kitchen and food preparation.
