We are seeking a seasoned and motivated line cook with a strong work ethic and passion for food. Must be self-motivated and professional; a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure. Must give the utmost attention to details and be driven to continuously learn and grow.
Job Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years as a line cook in a fine dining/upscale-casual dining restaurant
-Able to be flexible, adaptive, respond to changes, make decisions in stressful situations and prioritize tasks.
-Ensure all food "experiences" are of the highest quality including preparation, presentation, and taste.
-Must have excellent time management skills and utilize thoughtful organizations/planning ahead
-Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen/work station.
