Description
Assures that the table setting and general condition of the restaurant is up to standards.
Remain in the restaurant during operating hours and assist both staff and guests in their needs.
Assist in greeting and seating guests and insure prompt, efficient and courteous service.
Handle reservations, questions and complaints when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Follows and ensures compliance of all EMM Group policies and standard operating procedures as
outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Acts as an ambassador to EMM Culture.
