The first U.S. restaurant by one of China’s most famous and influential Chefs, simply known as DaDong, located in the heart of midtown at Bryant Park, is looking for talented host. The restaurant features 3 stories with 2 beautiful outdoor terraces. We are seeking individuals who are interested in working in an upscale high-volume environment. Our goal is to build a team who has a strong passion for food, beverage and hospitality, paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a great restaurant.

Requires minimum of 1 years host in a NYC dining establishment - fine dining experience a plus. Each candidate must possess the following:
-Passionate about providing an excellent guest service experience
-Consistently working to meet and exceed our guest’s expectations
-Loves a team environment
-Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
-Opentable knowledge is a plus
- Experience in coat check is a plus
-Ability to adapt easily in a high-volume environment
-Maintain a positive attitude at all times
-Enjoys having fun
