WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Hijingo is disrupting the way we think about bingo and hospitality in general so we're looking for the weird and the wonderful of you our there to join us on this journey!
• There may be an I in bingo but there's no room for that in our team. Be ready and willing to get stuck in as part of our crew. Teamwork makes the dream work and that’s especially true for Hijingo!
• At Hijingo there are lights, cameras and action all around so we need people with lots of energy to match and tons of personality to boot!
• As you'll be working on reception you'll be some of the first faces guests see in the venue! Therefore we're looking for people who naturally exude confidence and a warm smile. We also ask that you present yourself well - whatever that means to you!
• Things are go, go, go at Hijingo and whilst full training will be provided, 6 months experience in a similar hosting or reception role will help us build on your foundation of knowledge. Familiarity with a booking platform such as OpenTable/DesignMyNight would be even better!
• As a receptionist with us you'll have the pleasure of communicating with nearly everyone that comes into the building. In order to do this we're looking for people with a strong command over written and spoken English. Got a second language? Even better.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Inquiries for booking come through in many forms; telephone, email etc. it'll be your responsibility to handle all of these in a timely and professional manner. The ability to stay organised is crucial!

• Although you'll mainly be on reception you won't always be staring at a screen all day. You'll also be doing some hosting which means you'll be engaging with guests and occasionally even handing out prizes!
