Delivery/Catering Mastermind

Here at Hu Kitchen, You have the opportunity to work in one of the premier Paleo restaurants in the United States, we love to cook and show that off. We are looking for an energetic Catering and Delivery Master Mind to help grow our Catering and Delivery Department. This is an hourly paid position plus commission.
Essential Functions:
• Builds relationships with current and future delivery and catering clients, cold calling as well.
• Communicate all delivery and caterings to managers, chefs, and crew
• Make sure all catering and delivery’s go out on time
• The candidate will have other responsibilities e.g. administrative, simple closing/opening duties and assisting where needed on the floor
• Flexibilities to work different hours and some weekends
The ideal candidate will have:
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills
• A passion for hospitality
• Attention to detail
• The ability to build business in a competitive environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven track record for meeting sales goals
• Strong knowledge of current food and industry trends
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within the hospitality business
