Jacob Hadjigeorgis and the team at Pickles Hospitality have opened their unique restaurant in the Upper West side in December 2016. The restaurant, Maison Pickle, is a classic American eatery built around imaginative cocktails and French Dip sandwiches; an iconic American roast-beef sandwich first invented in Los Angeles made on fresh, in-house baked bread served with au jus sauce. The restaurant serves fine wines, artisanal beers, and desserts made from an in-house pastry department.


As a team, there are strong core values that we look for in any candidate:
Candidates should be experienced workers who are friendly, enthusiastic and great team players.
Candidates should have service experience and the ability to raise our already high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of modern food and cocktail trends, wines and craft beers a strong plus.
- Representing our brand so it's imperative to exceed our guests' expectations.
Candidates should have a strong repertoire of classic and modern cocktails, focused awareness on wine and craft beer, and knowledge of the freshest food ingredients.
- Assist our guests to understand and explore the menu to discover new and exciting food and drink options.
- Great approach with our guests; must go above and beyond to make sure our guests leaves with a smile.
- A master of the menu-knows it inside and out, so to pair the right beverage with food.
- Big plus being certified in Sommelier, Cicerone, NY Health Department, and T.I.P.S.
- Precisely organizing, preparing a neat work area, with ease of execution.
- Following and complying NYCHD and company sanitation standards.
- Properly following cash and credit card handling procedures utilizing Aloha and company standards.
- Great multi-tasker, and excellence in listening and communication.
- Dress code-wears uniform as prescribed by management team
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
- Flexible schedule and available to work weekends and holidays
- Prior restaurant opening experience a plus, but not necessary
