We have a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Relations Officer to join our Guest Relations team on a permanent contract. This is a very exciting time to join the Company as we are transitioning from a 4* to 5* Hotel. By 2017, our 50th birthday, we will have 411 brand new rooms, a fantastic new lobby area and a fabulous 5* exterior.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to be part of this journey and is ready to embrace the challenge. Although it is going to be a huge transition, you will be given the right tools, support and guidance to succeed in this journey and be a winner! As a private company with two Sister Hotels in London – Landmark London and K West Hotel & Spa - we are looking for people who are creative and enthusiastic in bringing their own ideas to the business and trying to improve the guest’s stay at all times.

Our current Front Office teams consists of 7 Guest Services Agents, 4 Front Office Shift Leaders, 1 Front Office Manager, 1 Guest Relations Manager and 2 Guest Relations Officers all are looking forward to meet you and welcome you to the team!

Key Responsibilities of a Guest Relations Officer will include:

• Communicating with our Japanese clients and VIPs during their stay
• Providing a warm, friendly and efficient welcome to all our guests
• Supporting the Japanese Sales Manager with enquiries, translating emails and managing reservations
• Handling complaints
• Being fully aware of all VIP’s, care guests, and long stay arrivals
• Making sure that each of our guests leave the Hotel happy
• Maintaining a positive attitude at all times
• Actively promoting and up selling the services of the Hotel and Sister properties

Please note this is a full-time role and you must legally be able to work in the UK. In addition the ideal candidate for the position should be fluent in Japanese.
