Lincoln Ristorante combines Chef Shea Gallante's modern interpretation of Italian cuisine along with our Pastry Chef, Richard Capizzi Pastry and dessert and the vision of restaurateur Nick Valenti. Their philosophy is simple: to source the best local ingredients and prepare them with authentic Italian methods and spirit. The exquisite site beside Lincoln Center’s reflecting pool and Henry Moore sculpture, is the starting point for a quintessential New York dining experience. Lincoln has breathtaking panoramic views and a grass lawn roof, but its heart is the central open kitchen.

Seeking CHEF de PARTIE with 3-4 star restaurant experience.  Become a member of this all-star group of culinary professionals and learn from the best as you build your future in the restaurant business.


THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Culinary Arts degree a plus
• 2-4 years proven experience in a similar 3-4 star establishment
• Experience working as a saucier and poissonnier
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of current Culinary trends
• Clean & organized working habits with attention to detail and the ability to work fast yet efficiently
• Resourceful and well-organized
• Honest, respectable & career driven individual
• Team focused and respectful with a positive attitude
• Ability to think quick on their feet and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends and holidays
