Lure Fishbar seeks an experienced bartender
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 5 years experience working in an upscale bar/lounge or fine dining restaurant
-Extensive knowledge of cocktails, mixology, wine and spirits, and a passion to learn more.
-An unparalleled commitment to hospitality and customer service.
-Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
-Proven ability to work effectively with others
-Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment.
-Excellent time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask.
- NYC DOH Food Handler's Certificate and experience with Micros is a plus.
